The purpose of this program is to provide a trauma-informed work environment for you to learn practical job skills and earn an income with dignity, while creating valuable products that connect the local community to the journey of restoration at Wings of Refuge.
ONE MORE is a social enterprise that operates under the Wings of Refuge organization.
A social enterprise is a business that hopes to yield both financial and social returns.

We want to provide a safe space for you to experience the satisfaction found in working alongside other survivors while imitating standards you will encounter in the workforce.
*Savings match incentive: Wings of Refuge offers a matching fund to help employees increase their savings through social enterprise.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT AT ONE MORE
To be employed at ONE MORE, you must be an active participant of the Wings of Refuge program. Eligibility begins 1-3 months after entering the program and is determined
by your individual goals and progress.
