RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
The Residential Services team oversees the two residential homes (Restoration Home and Transitional Living Center) and restorative classes. This is the heartbeat of the ministry and encompasses all things restoration for survivors in our program as they walk the path of healing and independence.
Note: These roles work directly with female participants in our residential homes. Wings of Refuge follows a trauma-informed care approach and due to the nature and sensitivity of the work we do, a bona fide occupational qualification is that we can only hire women into our residential services positions.
BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATION
The Business and Administration team oversees the business happenings of the ministry, including finances, HR, admin, and our ONE MORE Social Enterprise of survivor-made products.
DEVELOPMENT
The Development team creatively works together to share the Wings of Refuge mission by raising awareness of sex trafficking and connecting our communities to support survivors.
