Job Title: Restoration Home Prorgram Manager

 

Department: Residential Services

 

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday. On call as needed.

Job Summary: Create an environment in which participants feel safe and can focus on their healing. Ensure the Wings mission and guiding principles are lived out in the home. In collaboration with the Director of Residential Services and other team members, work with a continuous improvement mindset in creating appropriate policies, procedures and structure that result in a healthy and sustainable rhythm for everyone in the home.

Education and Experience: 

Preference will be given to individuals who possess a bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling or a related field.

● 3 - 5 years of relevant experience required.

● Experience in residential group homes is highly desireable.
