Job Title: Development Director

 

Department: Development

 

Hours: Full Time (primarily M-F. Weekends and evenings as needed for events)

Summary of Job Responsibilities: 

Lead all fundraising and donor relations efforts, ensuring the organization's financial stability and growth.

Develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage donor relationships, oversee fundraising events,

and manage grant writing. Lead the development team and share the mission with the community to

spread awareness of the issue of trafficking and develop partnerships and support.

Education and Experience: 

Preference will be given to individuals who possess a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit or public

administration, business, communications, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience. Experience in nonprofit donor development, fundraising, and grant writing is highly desired.
