We have an on-going campaign that inspires you to do something you love to stop human trafficking, spread awareness,

and promote the mission. The following examples have raised money to continue the fight #foronemoregirl!

Scroll down to the bottom and let us know what you want to do to fight what you hate!

Sarah Marie Creations
Sara made five custom 16x20 canvases to hang in the survivor rooms at the TLC. When Sara delivered the art to us she said, "I don't paint to make money, I paint to make a difference!"
Oak Lane Candle Co.
Oak Lane has partnered with us so that survivors of sex trafficking can learn job skills and earn an income. The women have been pouring survivor-made candles through social enterprise.
Swing for Freedom
Two guys who love golf and hate human trafficking coordinated the 3rd annual Swing for Freedom golf outing. Golfers, sponsors, and volunteers raised $30,000.
Thrivent Financial Donation
We couldn't be more happy to accept this $15,000 check from Thrivent on behalf of Aaron Fopma who was selected as a 2019 Divisional Volunteer of the Year!
Ames Family Dental
Dr. Patten and the staff at Ames Family Dental provide service for the women in our home. The staff along with their therapy dog, Moana, help our women feel at ease when they are getting their teeth worked on.
Kristen and Eric from Pressed in Spencer, IA welcomed Wings staff and survivors to their shop where they shared their story and a glimpse into their business.
GoServe Global Restores Hope
GoServ Global has partnered with us because they believe that human trafficking is a man-made human disaster. 100+ volunteers are restoring a fire-damaged home to a place where women can have hope for their future.
Merck Animal Health
Merck Animal Health employees in Ames blessed our organization with a donation of $800 in Menards gift cards to help with the renovation of our Transitional Living Center!
Crafting For A Cause
Alex Cakerice organized a crafting event where 41 people made holiday signs and participated in a raffle at North Cyde Grill in Ames with all proceeds of $1000 going to Wings.
Victory Fellowship Women's Retreat
The women at Victory Christian Fellowship Women's Retreat in Jewell spent a portion of their weekend assembling "You Are Loved" bracelets for our participants and praying over them and our organization.
Ford Drive 4 UR Community
Dale Howard Auto Center helped raise funds at a recent Drive 4 UR Community event. More than 100 area residents test-drove a Ford vehicle and Ford Motor Company donated $20 per test-drive.
Nazareth Lutheran Brings Awareness
Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church and their Nazareth Women of the ELCA group hosted a Women's Friendship Coffee last month. They invited Wings of Refuge to speak and bring the awareness of sex trafficking to the group.
